According to an extensive study just done by Pro-Football-Reference, quarterback Donovan McNabb should have won 8.4 games in the postseason, while losing 7.6.

It’s Official: Eagles Plan to Franchise Michael Vick, Looking to Trade Kevin Kolb
We all knew it was going to happen but ESPN’s Adam Schefter announced that the Philadelphia Eagles will place their franchise tag on Pro Bowl quarterback Michael Vick next month.

David Akers’ Daughter Had Cancer Scare During Playoffs; Andy Reid Proves He’s a Total Jerk
Remember the wild-card loss in the postseason when David Akers missed two field goals and the Green Bay Packers won 21 to 16?
After the game, teammate Quintin Mikell revealed that Akers had been struggling with a personal matter all week. Details were not disclosed but Akers stated that it dealt with the health of one of his family members.
We now know what that health problem was, and it definitely surprised me. (more…)

The Eagles had won four in a row against the New York Giants, dating back to December of 2008.
Each time the two teams faced, they both had winning records. Three times the victory gave the winner first place in the division.
